Windfall Apple Cake

 

A said "When you get out that pan I know there's going to be cake!" and he was right. We made the Windfall Apple Cake from the Brambly Hedge recipes. The website is in the UK, so we had some fun converting Celsius to Farenheit and grams to ounces. Can't wait to try a piece after dinner.


And speaking of dinner, tonight's meal will be prepared by B. We're studying the Japan with Lokua and he's making Omurice which is basically fried rice cooked inside an omlette. The Lokua units come with recipes but we often branch out and try new things on our own.
